DONNA DRESSMAN
President / Senior Consultant
Donna Dressman began her career in the field of Education as an elementary school teacher. She holds a BS in Special Education and an MA in Learning Disabilities. With a decade of classroom experience using Direct Instruction programs, Donna advanced from teaching students, to teaching teachers. As an educational consultant, she has, for over twenty-five years, partnered with SRA/McGraw-Hill, NIFDI (National Institute for Direct Instruction) and numerous elementary, middle and high schools across the United States and internationally. Through her knowledge and experience as an international Direct Instruction expert, Donna has managed DI implementation for public, private and charter school sites. A veteran trainer for the Association for Direct Instruction and NIFDI, she has worked with thousands of educators, guiding them in both basic and advanced DI implementation strategies.

CHERI GERREIN
Consultant / Trainer
Cheri Gerrein joined our team as an independent consultant/trainer. She began her education career teaching elementary school in Cincinnati, Ohio. She also held the position as Literacy Coach/Trainer, implementing and managing the DI curriculum at Sixth District Elementary in Covington, Kentucky. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, Cheri holds a BS in Communication Art and Elementary Education, and a MA in Elementary Education. She shares her expertise in Direct Instruction training, and implementation management in various locations through her work with Conquest Consulting, McGraw-Hill Education, NIFDI (National Institute for Direct Instruction) and other agencies.
Ms. Gerrein resides in Villa Hills, KY with her husband and two children.

EMILY BURKART
Accountant
Emily and Zimmerman & Co CPA's joined us in 2011 as our accounting team. Emily has a bachelors degree in Accounting from NKU and has several years of experience with small business accounting, offsite controller duties and business and personal income tax.
Ms. Burkart resides in Union, KY with her husband and daughter.
DANIEL SCHUERMAN
IT Support
Daniel joined our team in 2008 as an independent web solutions and internet technology consultant. He holds a BS degree and has years of experience in computer software design, implementation, and support along with website design and maintenance support.
Mr. Schuerman and his wife reside in Cincinnati, OH.
